Friday August 14th, David Beeman, President and Skip Finely, National Technical Service Director of Cirqua® Customized Water™ are participating in the Roasters Guild Retreat Rotation Sessions in Stevenson, WA, at Skamania Lodge™, on the border of Washington and Oregon. The Rotation Sessions, a series of educational teaching seminars, help Roasters understand different parts of their roles in the business of coffee.
David and Skip’s lecture will be on the "Essentials of Water for Coffee". Participants will talk about properly formulated water and how it positively impacts the flavor profile of the bean as used in the brewing process, provide hands on water lab experiments, and provide open discussions about understanding the varieties of water, customer retention and the complete water preparation process.
Skamania Lodge™ near the Columbia River Gorge provides the ideal setting for their guests set in a tranquil forest; the Gorge stretches about 90 miles in length across the many Cascade Range Volcanoes.
